Description

A delightful twist on the classic s’mores, this S’mores Crunchwrap features a warm, gooey center wrapped in a crispy golden exterior, making it perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, allowing it to get nice and hot before cooking.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in the center of the tortilla, leaving room around the edges.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a sealed wrap, tucking in the sides for a tight seal.
  5. Melt the butter in the skillet and coat the bottom.
  6. Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the skillet for even cooking. Customize your filling as desired.
