- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, both sugars, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until you achieve a sandy texture.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the chopped strawberries with strawberry jam and lemon juice, then layer evenly over the oat base.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
