Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by combining the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Prepare the topping by mixing chopped pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
