- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Begin by rinsing and draining your chickpeas.
- Combine the washed chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt in your food processor.
- Blend the mixture until it achieves a luxuriously smooth consistency.
- Gently fold in the pico de gallo and chopped cilantro using a spatula.
- Transfer your Taco Hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
