Description

A creamy and vibrant Taco Hummus that brings the flavors of a Mexican fiesta to your table. Perfect as a dip with crispy chips or fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup pico de gallo
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Begin by rinsing and draining your chickpeas.
  2. Combine the washed chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt in your food processor.
  3. Blend the mixture until it achieves a luxuriously smooth consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the pico de gallo and chopped cilantro using a spatula.
  5. Transfer your Taco Hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Serve immediately alongside crispy tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes
