Description

A comforting fusion of taco flavors and spaghetti that will warm up any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Cup Creamy Cheese Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning, mixed vegetables, and black beans; cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until well coated.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the beef mixture.
  7. Transfer into a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare a day in advance and store in the fridge. Cover with foil before baking.
