- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Cup Creamy Cheese Sauce
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Taco Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until no longer pink.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, mixed vegetables, and black beans; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until well coated.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the beef mixture.
- Transfer into a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Make-ahead: Prepare a day in advance and store in the fridge. Cover with foil before baking.
