Description

A vibrant and delicious veggie pizza topped with fresh vegetables and gooey mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup zucchini (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup red onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust using the back of a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  4. Arrange the bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and red onions atop the cheese.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetable topping.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
